EPOX 2000 is a premium two-pack epoxy mastic designed for gluing, jointing, filling, and reinforcing various types of granite, marble, and natural stones. With superior adhesive strength, this high-performance epoxy effectively repairs large imperfections, restoring materials that would otherwise be considered waste.

How to Use EPOX 2000:

1. Surface Preparation: Ensure the surfaces to be glued or filled are clean, dry, and free from dust. Slightly roughening them can improve adhesion.
2. Mixing Ratio: Combine 2 parts of Component “A” with 1 part of Component “B”. To prevent rapid hardening (mass effect), mix only small quantities at a time. A recommended amount is 250-350 grams per batch.
3. Working Time: Once mixed, the pot life is 20-30 minutes at 20°C. Lower temperatures extend the working time, while higher temperatures shorten it.
4. Curing & Handling:
   • After 6-7 hours (at 20°C), the bonded pieces can be moved.
   • After 14-16 hours (at 20°C), the surface can be sanded and finished.
   • Full curing occurs within 7 days at 20°C.
5. Application Conditions: Do not apply at temperatures below 10°C.
