IMPREPOX 1000 is a high-performance, two-component impregnator designed for sealing and filling microcracks and capillaries in premium marble and granite. Without proper repair, these natural stones become unusable, leading to significant material loss. This revolutionary formula ensures strong, invisible repairs, extending the life and usability of expensive stone surfaces.

How to Use:

1. Surface Preparation: Ensure the area is clean, dry, and dust-free. If possible, lightly roughen the surface for better adhesion.
2. Mixing Ratio: Combine 4 parts of Component A with 1 part of Component B (by weight) and mix thoroughly. Prepare only small batches to prevent premature curing.
3. Application: Use 250-300 grams (8-11 oz) per mix, as this quantity is ideal for a single application.
4. Work Time: The mixed product remains workable for 20-30 minutes at 20°C (68°F). Lower temperatures increase the curing time, while higher temperatures speed it up.
5. Grinding & Finishing: Allow 24 hours of curing at room temperature before grinding and polishing.
